I have to say I am really impressed with just how effective these gummies are. I was a skeptic, as I have never found other gummy products to be effective but these definitely work well. I bought these to use after a surgery. They made me more regular than I’ve ever been. The taste is ok, sort of an artificial fruity flavor, not bad but not like candy, lol. They are easy to chew and swallow. I needed less than the bottle suggested. I definitely would start with one a day and build up. At most, all I ever needed was two per day. The only side effect I noticed is they do make me more gassy. My doctor said that could go away after weeks of taking it. I am sticking with these and have already purchased more because they work better than similar products that are much less palatable.
