Customers find the timer well-designed and easy to use, particularly appreciating how it helps get tasks done in short spurts. The functionality receives mixed feedback – while some say it works exactly as described, others report it stops working. The blinking red light and sound level receive negative feedback, with customers finding the blinking light annoying and the alarm making no sound. wait, what –
Pricey but good option to help keep me focused on the task at hand
This little cube is simple but effective. It’s easy to use and helps me focus on my music practice. There is the flashing red light that may bother some but as other reviewers have noted they just put a piece of tape over it. I like it because I can set the timer and the screen is really small so i’m not inclined to look to see how much time is left but the flashing red light let’s me know it’s still working. It’s rather light and there is a rattly thing inside which I surmise is the timing mechanism mentioned in the instructions. It’s a bit pricey for what it is but I like the 5-10-20-30 options. I did buy another timer with alot more options but find it more complex than what I need to keep me on track, this one is easy…turn it on, set the time I want facing up, and play music.

Like it
Great for timing smaller durations like 30 secs, etc. Perfect for at home exercise.

Take out the batteries when not in use
It’s perfect for what I needed but take out the batteries when not in use. It’s not that well made. Batteries will drain even turned off and sitting on shelf?

Fun timmer
I absolutely love this timer however I didn’t realize when I ordered it that I got the larger quantity of time and I love the smaller one where there’s a five minute 10 minute and 15 minute timer because I have a classroom and it works more efficiently to have those smaller quantities than a 60 minute timer. It is a super fun shape kids love it. I would’ve kept it if there was a reason to have longer timers.

Wonderful timers!
I have violet and mint. I use them in my classroom daily. I teach Pre-K, so 3-5 year olds. My “time keeper” can easily set the timer and it’s loud enough that all my students can hear even when they’re not using inside voices. There are two volume settings and the lower volume is good for rest time but we don’t usually use it. Both myself and the students have dropped them multiple times and they both still work perfectly.I have used these for 2 school years and have only had to replace the battery in the mint one time. That’s probably because I forget to turn it off. The purple is still on the original batteries.I have the white and yellow in my cart for purchase next!

FIRE HAZARD – DO NOT BUY
Initial thought was this is AWESOME, an analog approach to someone who recently got into the Pomodoro technique; what an amazing solution to when I’m writing in my journal or reviewing some paper documents, and then back to a digital Pomodoro clock on my computer for emails and other work flows. This thing did great at that all while being aesthetically pleasing on my desk, while it lasted.Purchased on 12/1/23, Picture 1 and 2 are takenon 12/10/2023 where the clock got so hot it fried one of the coatings of the battery and was warm enough to physically burn me. By the time I got a kitchen thermometer it was coming way down in temp, but you can see that it certainly elevated and melted the plastic wrapper on the battery.Okay so maybe it was a fluke, liking the product enough to risk it again and say “listen it could just have been a bad battery, let’s try it once more,” and in new batteries went.Well after some travel and minimal time in front of my desk at home working this month, I finally flipped this thing over to the 30 minute timmer today, 12/31/2023, and it started chirping a sound I have not heard yet. First thing I did was pull the backing off and I was greeted with this battery (pictures 3 &4) with it’s plastic melted off, same battery slot as the one prior.Maybe mine is the fluke, but this is a fluke that shouldn’t be happening on a product that has, for the most part’, has sat for the last several weeks.

I love this.
I love this. I use it to time my application of facial moisturizer & foundation layers. Your makeup lasts longer if you allow each application to dry before applying the next layer. It tells you how much time is left and if you aren’t in the room it will beep a few times then stop. I also use it to time my fake tanning lotion so I know when it will be dry enough to get dressed.

Best thing to happen to kitchen timers!
My original review is below. Today I went to change the battery, and one of the tiny prongs that holds the battery cover in place snapped off. Poor design; now it’s broken.WAS It’s perfect. Or almost so – there’s a small screen to check the remaining time on the bottom, and if you turn the cube upside down to read it, it turns off the timer. So, you have to read that at an angle. But I never look at that anyway. It flashes once a second, until the last ten seconds when it doubles its flash rate.

Look at the picture very carefully! The timings are in SECONDS not minutes.

Welcome to managing time better without having to think about it. Just flip this cube and get stuck into it.No need to press multiple buttons on your watch or phone to start a timer. No need to engage your voice assistant and risk being mis-understood, there by interrupting your mental work flow.No need to look at your clock and try to remember what time you started.AND… no more getting stuck hyperfocused on one task until you realise that 6 hours are past and your ready to murder someone just because your now freezing cos its a cold wintery night, and you forgot to eat or drink all that time while you worked on what ever half worthless, half vital thing you got sucked into to doing this time. It’s white so suits my aestheticI would prefer if the base was a clean face and the top was a where the batteries and countdown was because my sense of order and wellbeing is not keen on having upside-down type face numbers like “5 min”. Also the flashing light should be softer like white or pale blue in the white timer: less distracting.

I received a used product for the price I paid. There was scratches around the cube that comes after multiple usage. Even the box it came was ripped with wear and tear. Very disappointed!
