I would recommend this… Had one for over a year works great yet… Hot n cold… We use these at work too… I work in a nursing home.

Not enough beads inside!
If you wanted to use this Mueller Beaded Hot/Cold Pack – Blue on a flat surface of your body it would probably work well, however if you want to use it on the knee or wrist or any part of the body that’s rounded, the beads fall away from the curve on both sides so there is no cooling effect on the intended area. I returned it in light of this fault.

It broke after the first use. The beads came out the side so I had to trash it.

Only half filled! Beware!
I have friend that recommended this brand. I ordered the same item she had. When I received mine it was filled only half as much as hers. Very disappointing.
