I ordered this following two pregnancies after experiencing brain fog and memory issues. I am learning multiple languages currently as well, and discovered that my memory recall has gotten a lot better! I have gotten feedback from my tutors that they have seen a change in my ability to retain information, so I would absolutely say it has been effective in boosting my memory and supporting my brain health. There is no taste, they’re easy to swallow, have a pure white color but no chalkiness / residue, but I have noticed diarrhea since having started them. This hasn’t deterred me from continuing on taking them, however. Definitely recommend!

Perfect choline to pair with prenatals
My wife has been taking this since 6weeks pregnant. She takes 2 a day and it lasts her 30 days exactly. It has no smell or taste, it’s easy to use and store and the size is fairly big for the price due to choline being so expensive. I would say it’s very effective due to no complications during pregnancy.
