I’ve had negative reactions to other multivitamins in the past. No such reactions here. Feel better on them than off them I think but who is to say with vitamins. Good ingredients. Hard to find something balanced and worth taking over long stretches of time. Triangle of dosage is quantity multiplied by frequency divided by half life, if youre going to be taking one long term this product appears entirely safe and a positive force toward well being.

Great vitamin, would definitely recommend.
Since developing some gut health issues a few years ago, i have been taking a number of vitamin supplements. About a year ago I upgraded my iron supplement and have been greatly pleased. I did the same with my Magnesium supplement, same result. So I traded my old one a day (from Aldi) to this and I COULDN”T BE HAPPIER! Would definitely recommend!

Good quality vitamin, I think it’s working. I seem to have a bit more energy (although it could be just in my head). Since I have been taking it, i have been less sick (could be a coincidence). Overall, seems like a good product compared to other men’s vitamins. Also, you just need to take one a day, which is a great advantage.
