I am a believer in some supplements, but to each their own research.This here is some kind of super capsule that contains all the superpowers of 23 fruits and vegetables. Personally I need wayyy more fruits and veggies so the 23 sounds good to me. 🍎🥦Brand is important to me when it comes to supplements, so I can trust what they say. In this case I am already familiar with Nature’s Bounty. They are a very established legit vendor with a big product line and tens of thousands of good reviews.Ar current price of ~$24 for 30 super-charged servings with 23 fruits and veggies, I rate 4-⭐️ in consideration of price/value/choices. 🍊🥕

Effective and easy to swallow
Was excited to try this product since it contains 23 different fruits and vegetables and comes from a quality and reputable source. Felt a good boost of energy and helped feel less tired compared to prior to taking these. They are small in size which makes it easy to swallow. They do not have any aftertaste or smell.

Good ingredients, questionable results
Supplement claims are always hard to verify unless there is a major problem, or they work incredibly well. I didn’t have any problems with this supplement, but I also did not notice any improvement in energy, etc. The pills are fairly standard sized capsules and are easy to take. Unfortunately, I just didn’t notice any improvement even after a decent amount of daily doses. Your mileage may vary, as the ingredients included seem very beneficial.

Good energy – easy to swallow (only need to take 1 per day as opposed to other similar items that require 3 per day).They are odorless, and I definitely notice an energy bump after I take my daily dose in the morning.The price is reasonable compared to other similar items – so I highly recommend these supplements!

It is hard reviewing supplements when I’m not sure if any of them do anything. I’ve been taking this for a few weeks and don’t think I’ve noticed any immediate changes in my energy or how I feel. That being said I don’t think there are any downsides to taking them. They’re easy to swallow, don’t have any taste, and haven’t produced any stomach issues. I would say if you are into supplements, you might enjoy these.
