Daily fruits & veggies
These give a pleasant boost of fruits and veggies in vitamin form. I will give the forewarning, it has a potent “vitamin” smell to it, so if you are sensitive to strong scents, hold your nose while taking. They do not have a negative side effect on your tummy.

Similar to Balance of Nature in one pill
This vitamin is easy to swallow and had no after taste or smell. For us their was no digestion issues after having taken them. It is hard to measure energy level and sometimes I wonder if the supplements I take, this one included, are really doing anything. But I like the idea of getting another serving of veggies and fruits.

I buy these when I travel and its not always easy or convenient to get my daily intake of fruits and vegetables. At home I use a fruit and veggie powder which isn’t always easy to use at a hotel. Since these are not taken consistently or for long periods of time I cannot say how well they work. What I do know:They seem to work in that I feel fine and have no adverse side effects.You cant beat the price compared to similar products.I would buy them again.
