Good idea needs to be bigger in wrist
Good idea but the wrist hole is so small that it is hard to put on. The fact that I’m icing my wrist makes it too painful to even get on. It works fine once on and keeps it’s cold temp pretty good. Just needs to be bigger at the bottom, especially since there is a velcro strap to close it.

Good quality ice packs
We bought two of these for my daughter to use on her wrists. They are very easy to put on, and then get them cold again in the freezer. The cold only lasts about 20 minutes, but I think that is common with this type of ice pack. I was hesitant at first about them being “universal”, not left or right, but they really are interchangeable. It is actually simplified with not needing to worry about left or right hand.

Doesn’t stay cold very long.
While the design is great. Stays on well and hugs your leg and knee, it just doesn’t stay cold long enough to do much good. Dr.s and physical therapists will tell you 15-20 minutes with cold on and 15-20 off.This stays cold for less than 10 minutes.They need to design an insulated material for the outside.So, it’s practically useless.
