Flexible, secure, stays cold!
I used it for my hot inflamed swollen foot after being stung by a wasp and it worked really well. All but one spot stayed cold for a long time. The part that was on the hottest spot on my foot didn’t stay cold for longer than 20 minutes (bc my foot was literally so inflamed) but the rest of it stayed cold for about 2 hours. I like how the straps are really long so I can wrap around my foot a couple times really securing it. The gel inside stays flexible but very cold

Great product!
I have plantar fasciitis and try to ice after I walk. the problem is that with a regular ice bag I have to hold it and keep moving it to get it on my heal and on my calf etc. With this I can get my whole foot and calf iced. It fits great, stays on great. I leave my in the freezer all the time. With that, I do have to wear a sock as it gets too cold! Great product. And it comes in this great plastic bag to use in the freezer to keep it separate and clean.

Perfect for post-op swelling and sensitivity
Bought the 2-pack for 2 broken ankles, one post-surgical (ORIF after trimalleolar fracture) . These are soft, lightweight, and not extremely cold, which would only trigger more nerve sensitivity. Perfect for my use.4 instead of 5 stars because of the ice formation on the outside of the boot, so you need a towel nearby.. don’t use it around nice furniture that shouldn’t get wet.

Newgo Foot & Ankle Ice pack boot was AWESOME!!!! and worked very well after having surgery on my heel. It was easy to put on myself and was very comforting even with the heavier bandages on. I highly recommend buying two so you can interchange them when needed. I wear a womens size 11 shoe and it was a good fit for what I needed it for. * UPDATE: Make Sure you wear a protective barrier between the boot and your skin to absorb any of the condensation that will seep into your bandages and you won’t know it until it until the bandages comes off and you find damp white pruney skin that they will have to remove…. (ouch) Wear a barrier like the MFG says in the instructions!!!! or it could be a problem with your healing.

Has brought me great relief for my swollen ankle after long days at work!!! Only need to leave it on for 15 min or so! So relieving! The outside of the boot does get frosty if you just leave it in the freezer (in the bag), so I just make sure to prop it up on an old pillow or something you don’t mind some water getting onto.

Too short from back to front. It doesn’t come anywhere near my toes.
This ice pack foot wrap is way too short from back to front and does not reach my toes where it’s needed. As with a lot of foot items, the makers seem to think that we all have tiny feet.I can use it to lay across my foot but for that to work I cannot move or it will fall off. The search for one that actually fits continues.

These have been a life saver for my children who play multiple sports and suffer from foot and heel pain. Ways to put on, very durable, and stays cold long. The inside is lined so you don’t have to worry about it being too cold against your skin

I was fairly desperate to find a better ice pack that could cover my ankle but also my heel and my foot. Any I saw looked so complicated and I am pretty over complicated! This worked great! It is cold so I usually wear a sock or an ankle sleeve underneath but it fits on, it’s clear where the base of your foot goes and then it has straps to hold it in place. It stays cold for quite awhile which is great for someone like me. So far the best ice pack of this type I have seen.
