super-duper gripper!
if you find that you cannot get into a jar without a lot of difficulty, then this is the aid you need to do it. this item provides what you need to grip the jar lid and turn without breaking your hand/wrist doing it. it provides a super duper grip for the lid and makes it easier to turn the lid and get into the product you are wanting to much easier. I use mine every day and do not know what i would do if i did not have this item to help me out daily.

Such a goodie from my childhood, must have in my own place
Growing up, if we didn’t have these exact openers, then they were very close to it. My place is small so no room for any fancy contraptions. When my bf & I came across a stubborn jar, I kept saying “If I only had my Daisy!” He was really confused. I went over to my mom’s during a kitchen tool purge- “mom? So, whatcha doing with your Daisy? Don’t need it right?” I got a “don’t you dare!” as a response. About two more stubborn jars later and I FINALLY looked it up on Amazon and smacked my forehead. The price! It is low enough for even my cheapskate self and I have been bemoaning the lack of a Daisy jar opener in my home for YEARS. I bought two- I won’t be unprepared again. So to the creators- your product is awesome and thank you for keeping it in production!

This rubber jar opener has been a life saver. It opens pretty much everything that requires a twist off andit saves time and effort.

Since developing arthritis some jars are harder for me to open. These give the extra grip I need to get them open.

Not going to lie, I was a little skeptical at the rave reviews of this traditional item because you’d think this should be a simple product to manufacture by any company. I was very surprised at how effective these are! I don’t know if it’s the material, design, or what– I’ve owned many similar products, and I had no idea they all sucked until I got this. When I go to open anything, I have to use very little force compared to what I’m used to in order to open a stuck jar. They also look nice, which I didn’t really value because I thought it didn’t matter. Now I’m getting over my disbelief that this is a product I needed in my life but didn’t realize it.

This works. Some of the other gripper pads don’t work at all. Yes this is a couple dollars more, but well worth it!

Not as advertised.
1. Their only 5.5 inches not 6 and for me that mattered. 2.Their stiff and difficult to use. 3. Not good value for your money. I took an old inter tube and made my own. Does it look beautiful no but does it work great yes.
