I feel they work
I’m 55 and I feel these actually work in helping me build muscle. I heard that you should cycle these on for 3 months and then off for a month as if you use them without pause they are not as effective. I also read that for people under 40 HMB ins’t effective at all. How effective are they for me? While I didn’t measure, I would say between when I was off and when I was on I notice about a 10% difference.

500mgを使用して筋肉痛の軽減と筋肉の維持強化を実感していた。今回倍増した商品が出たのでコスパもよく此れに変更した。タブレットは大きいが普通に飲め問題ない。当然効果も同様で筋トレ後の筋肉痛軽減やパワー向上を実感できる良い代物です。500mgの時も海外直送で日数がかかるのは承知していたので前もって手配しています。まぁコスパと効果良好を実感すれば遅いのも我慢できます。

競技レベルでやっているような人達には意味があるんだと思います。趣味でパパが筋トレしてるレベルだと、あまり実感は出来ないかもしれません。ホエイプロテインで頑張ります。

筋トレ１～２時間前に飲んでいます。1錠が大きすぎます。なので口の中で割って飲み込んでいますが、まずいし臭いですね。数値として変化がないと信じられないので、実際の効果は回答できません。私の場合、これを飲むと体が重くなるような気がするのですが。
