Sleeping better
I’m an old retired guy who’s been taking this for about 4 weeks now. Took half a dose for a week and then the recommended dose, which is what I usually do with things like this – creep up on it. I have to say my sleep has improved, which is a big deal for me. I seem to be procrastinating less, getting more things done, feeling less stress – probably because I’m sleeping better. But some references I’ve looked at say improvements to sleep may be a secondary effect of reduction of anxiety. Hard to separate cause and effect, I guess. But at this point, I’m ready to recommend it.
