I purchased this potassium chloride to help lower my salt intake and lower my blood pressure. Just had my annual physical, and it’s the lowest my blood pressure has been in a couple years. Very salty tasting, so a little amount goes a long ways.

Potassium Chloride substitute for table salt
Helps greatly in cutting back on sodium intake. It can have a little bitter taste if used excessively. I often use a salt shaker mixture of 3 parts potassium chloride to 1 part table salt, or half an half. Either potassium chloride or table salt will have a bitter taste if used in excessive, just a different bitterness. Good alternative to table salt.
