This product works!
First, I just want to say that I’m not in the habit of writing reviews for products good or bad. I also want to say that I’m not being compensated in any way for this review. I have been using this product for several months now and I can honestly say that it works. I have seen how this product has lowered my PSA number from 4.9 to 2.9 and the only thing different I did during those months that it was going down was add this product to my daily life. I also never experienced any side effects from taking this product.

Alot of quality and quantity for the money
I purchased this in June 2022. Leading up to the purchase, I’m able to sleep through the night but when waking up, the urge to urinate was fairly strong. I’m on my second month of use and I have notice that after sleeping through the night, the urge to urinate is not as strong and it felt like the way I was in my 30s. I just recently turned 50 and as a man ages, prostate growth can occur starting as young as age 40 with increased chances as you age. This supplement has really made my day to day life easier. I recommend this product as a great preventative measure and use as part of your supplement routine.Follow Up (February 2023): I have been taking this product for eight months now and when taking this along with a separate supplement of Saw Palmetto, my PSA count has dropped from 10 (when I started taking the product), to 7, to 4.4, 4.1, 3.6 to a new count of 0.8! My doctor has concluded that I may have had a bad case of prostatitis but at the time we weren’t sure and thought that it have been something worse.I must add that it is not just taking this product alone. I made some lifestyle changes that involved replacing red meat with fish, increasing my vegetable intake, and incorporating raw pumpkin seeds into my meals (via salad). I have also implemented intermittent fasting which I suggest people to read up on and understand what happens to your body during the fasting window (in particular the body devoting it’s energy to repair and replace bad cells instead of using energy to digest food). The results may vary from person to person. This is not health advice, just an account of what I did to lower my PSA count.

Seems to work. I’ve used this in the past and stopped using it for some period of time. After some time, I started using it again with little effect (used up old product). I switched to another product and that didn’t do anything for me (Vital Prostate Support by Vital Nutritive). Once that supply was used up I bought a bottle of this product (Now Foods Supplements, Prostate Health) with a dosage of two tablets per day in the morning. Immediately I saw a tremendous difference. I was getting up many times a night and in one dose, I only got up once and really didn’t need to. So what is the difference? First the Now formula is totally different from the Vital Nutritive product. The Now product has way more Saw Palmetto and Plant Sterol Complex, from there down, Now has more other root extracts that help with other things I don’t have an issue with but you may find those additives may help you. The other thing of note here is to use fresh product. I think these things have a short shelf life.

Giving me good results with less wake ups
I have an extremely large prostate and have taken 2 meds for it along with a slew of supplements. I would wake up almost every 2 hours to pee. I stopped taking 1 of my meds as side effects are no fun, and got this supplement. I stopped taking some of the supplements that are included in this ONE supplement. Since taking this for about a month now, I am really seeing an improvement. Many nights I only wake up once or twice a night. In my mind it is helping as I take it 3 times a day, morning, afternoon, evening. They are easy to swallow and always like NOW brand products.

I had recurring prostatitis for 1 year now, and i ve been prescribed antibiotics and alfa blockers many times already. Still the painful symptomes were always there, difficulty and frequent urination, discomfort the whole day, low sex drive bcz of the constant pain. Since day one i have seen 50% imrovment, and 2 days later everything is almost normal. I dont know if this is a permanent treatment or you’re meant to take it for the rest of your life, but at least it works, better then the useless harmful antibiotics and the ugly side effect of alfoo.
