Extra boost for maintaining sleep through the night
I really like NOW Foods Supplements brand. I often search for their version of a supplement before other brands. They are generally a very good price point, don’t have carrier/filler ingredients that don’t work for me and often have concentrated extracts/forms available of supplements and herbs as well as whole herb versions. I wanted PPS to help support brain health/cognition, to help with brain fog; and to help give an extra boost to sleeping through the night when I’ve gotten on poor sleep maintenance (staying asleep through the night) track or if I’m traveling, whether changing time zones or not. It does help.

I bought this for my husband and he said it has helped some. He’s not as spacey as he was before. It is easy to swallow but a bigger pill.
