A great at home call alarm for elderly who live with you.
Works great. When elderly mom fell, she pushed the button. It sounds like a door bell. I was able to hear it and I wear hearing aids. I got to her right away. We didn’t want the kind that calls 911 for help. I just wanted to be able to have her call me if she needed me in our house. Works great!

Sleeping easier
Worked out for our needs. My mom fell and since her bedroom is on the opposite side of the house, we did not initially hear her call for help. She had broken her hip and had to have a hip replacement and subsequently needed help with various needs and like I said, her bedroom is on the opposite side of the house, so this enabled her to push a button that would notify us [in the opposite side of the house] that she needed assistance. It’s just a Bluetooth doorbell – she has the doorbell button and I could plug in the speaker wherever I was in the house to hear the doorbell. It helped me sleep better knowing that she could call for help and I would hear her call for help.

OFFNOVA Caregiver PagerI like the pager in general but had a few issues, mainly to do with the instructions, which are written in about a 2 pt. typeface and quite difficult to read even with a magnifying glass, much less to read and do them step by step! Also Rufus (Ai on Amazon page) said the battery replacement is a AAA, but on the product instruction sheet it says it is a 23A 12 volt battery. I didn’t open it up, but I’m guessing the former is the correct one, and it means I will not have easily available replacements at home. No problem if they last a year. Mine came all paired. This meant that I could not change the sound, because according to the instructions, you have to only have one paired to change the sound. I already gave it to the people who will use it, so it would be rather a nuisance to take them back and try to pair them again and change the sounds. Anyway, it sounds a little confusing to get a different sound on each. Oh well.The good part is that they work! I bought these as a gift for an elderly lady in the neighborhood who lives alone and is a fall risk. We plugged the receiver in at her neighbor’s house across the street, and it works fine. This gives us peace of mind that she won’t be unable to contact someone quickly in case of emergency.Will update if problems develop in the short term

Seem to be decent for the cost
These seem to work decently for the price but aren’t really top of the line. They are kind of just the basic standard for the price range and actually below my standard. But I would expect that they worked better for the price range and last longer.
