Great little chopping helping, works well for onions and potatoes!
Makes chopping veggies so much easier and less risk of cutting yourself when you can keep it all in place. Strong blades hold the veggies in place, but easy to remove when needing to move to a different section. I mostly use it for onions and potatoes. Great for teaching kids how to chop by making it easier and safer!

Works better than my hand…
I absolutely love this utensil. I’m elderly and have arthritis in my finger. This onion holder easily hold an onion so I can get even slices. It will even maintain its “grip” so that I can dice the onion. Highly recommended.

Handy and great!
I love this so much. My husband does a lot of cooking and I gave him this utensil for slicing. I use it as much as he does when I slice up onions of even apples. It’s a good size, easy to grip, made well and a good price. Definitely recommend this kitchen tool.

Suffices for Slices
It works. I’ve only used it for slicing onions, but I’m sure it’s good for other items as well. This tool is good for slicing, not so much for dicing or chopping. However, I read another review in which the person said they slice one way, then the other way to make smaller pieces. So, I’ll give that a try.The handle is comfortable and easy to hold. Be careful when extracting the gadget. Also, I must have accidentally thrown away the protective cover, so be on the lookout for that when you open the box.This is one of those gadgets you don’t know you need until you get it. It’s very useful.

SAVE YOUR FINGERS!
Knives need to be very sharp make cutting safe so I worry about my hands using them. Holding some foods on a cutting board while using knives can be a challenge. But this tool is easy to use and easy to clean and saves my fingers! Its quality durable construction means it will last a long time, but I know where to get a replacement if I ever need it.

Works well but no time guard for safe storage
Advertising said there was a tine guard included. This is why I bought the item as this was one of the main reasons I chose it from among all the others. There was no tine guard. Item is made well and works fine so I kept it. Just really disappointed and feel a bit deceived that there was no guard included.

Great tool
So far this has been great for slicing onions the same size. As far as durability I haven’t used it enough to know if it will hold up.
