Nice Pressure and Blocks Out Light
This is a literal game changer! The pressure feels wonderful and helps to block out more light. The coolness of it on its own is good for headaches.I will say that refrigeration makes the cooling effect stronger (obviously) and feels great except on my eyes. They do end up getting a bit too cold. I’ve resorted to covering my eyes with cotton rounds and then putting on the cap if it’s been refrigerated.

Cold compression, migraine suppressant
As a frequent migraine flyer this has been the best purchase ever for me! The cold compression on the head is so helpful. It covers the eyes too so when light sensitivity hits that’s amazing. Helps with pain relief and is stretchy enough to fit my head, my husbands and a great ice pack for other uses if needed too.

Great fit, immdiate relief!
The concept of this is great. In my experience it did not hold the cold for long. It did initially relieve the pain. But once the cold wore off the pain returned, not as strong but still there. I have given this as a gift but have not heard if it was helpful. I welcome any relief from my headaches so I will not rule this out as an option. it fit well and gave immediate relief. I would recommend this, but with stipulations of not necessarily achieving elimination of headache.

Hugs my head and cools me down
This cap saved my day! It hugs my head real good and cools me down fast. I get migraine headaches and it relieves them immediately. BUT, the other day I was working on the yard and I got overheated. I came in the house and put this cap on and I think it saved my life. It is very well made and to explain how it feels, it is made of memory foam type material – like the gel on the keyboard wrist supports. Got one for my boys!

I purchased this as a gift for someone and it was a hit. I have one personally and it really helps with migraines. It is super comfortable. You can use it for headaches, helping to sleep, migraines or to even help with hangovers. It is really durable, you can use it as many times as you want and stick it back in the freezer whenever you want to give it the cooling effect again. Similar to a reusable ice pack. It does offer compression so it is tight, but you can also just lay it on your head if you’d like.

This item really helps ease some of the discomfort from my migraines. It’s like a very cool, squishy, perfect pressure hug around my main sensitive zones (eyes, ocular orbital bones, temples, brows, bridge of nose, and forehead). It distributes the pressure of the ‘hug’ evenly so it’s not too tight. The cooling sensation is like a balm. Resting in my favorite quiet and dark space with my snuggly blankets and wearing this is mandatory headache care for me now.

Dès les lendemain de la réception j’ai pu le tester car j’ai eu une grosse migraine. Je l’avais préalablement placé dans mon frigidaire. Il me semblait trop grand mais j’ai senti qd même la compression,légère pas désagréable et surtout soulageante . Au bout d’une heure avec allongée la migraine avait disparue alors que d’habitude sans il me faut presque toutes la journée ce qui m’handicape beaucoup.
