Perfect for neck injuries and pain!
I was hit by a texting driver doing 55, that accident really messed up my neck. It’s been very painful and my spinal cord is still swollen 3 months later but this cold pack has really helped! It’s comfortable and interestingly it’s got a nice weight that makes it extra supportive, the little apron in the back reaches down to my upper thoracic level and provides extra relief for my injuries, it’s so much nicer than a straight band shaped ice pack, helped with the clavicle pain due to dislocated ribs from the seatbelt, you can open it up and lay it over your shoulder to reach your ribs. So helpful! It gets very cold but it’s very flexible so it’s super comfortable to use, still pretty cold after 30 mins of wearing. It’s gentle on skin too, no frost bite. I love this thing, use it several times a day. It’s holding up very well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this ice pack for cervical injuries!

Helpful to relieve inflammation in neck and shoulders
This ice pack is a God send! I use it for inflammation in my neck and shoulders due to prior injuries and surgeries , but I believe it would also be good for sore throats, GERD or any other issue that causes swelling in the area. It conveniently fits around the neck and hangs over the shoulders. Quality is great and it stays cold about 15-30 minutes , and cool for longer. Can go in the freezer or fridge. Would recommend to anyone, and would definitely buy again!

A comfortable easy to use for heat application to neck. Worth the money!
I have only used for heat on my neck. It works very well . It is comfortable and easy to warm up in microwave. The heat lasts for about 30 minutes. It is well worth the money especially because it stays in place. I have not used the cold application.

Amazing full coverage I’ve needed.
I love it! Most important is the coverage area of my entire neck to my upper back. The material is comfortable and I can sit in my recliner and feel the full effect of the coldness soothing my pain. I do put a cloth on my neck first when i initially use directly from the freezer. I also love its flexibility of use. I lay it across each shoulder and get full coverage. I’ve used it on my knees as well. I’ve not used the heat yet but sure I will at some point. The onlycare seems very durable. I have to say that it should be offered in size options because I can tell if my neck was larger, etc it wouldn’t work as effectively as designed. This is an amazing product!

Excellent pain relief!
Covers the whole neck and the areas where pain radiates to. It gets very cold and keeps the cold for long periods of time. Excellent quality!

Hugs my neck and shoulders
After reading the reviews before I bought this, I realize it since it’s gel and soft it wouldn’t stay cold very long so I timed it and it stays cold for 4 minutes and then it stays cool for about 15 minutes total. But I don’t see any other better options so I’m using a little Ice packets in my freezer to insert after the cold wear off, but I do like the way hugs in my neck and shoulders

Oh my goodness! How wonderful to have my neck, shoulders and top of my back all covered with a cold pack at the same time! It’s heavy (which is a good thing). It stays in place, and stays cold a long time. When I’m through, I just throw it back in the freezer. It folds very nicely; so, it takes up little space in the freezer. Love it!

Best ice bag to get for for for for your neck & upper shoulders.
This ice pack is the best one I’ve ever bought and I’ve bought a lot of ice bags.It gets really cold and stays that way for a long time. The quality is fabulous, and the material used is definitely worth the price. I wish they had more options to buy. Excellent product and great price.

I could not believe how cold this was and how long it stayed cold for!Better than any ice pack I’ve ever used for a migraine or sinus headache!I haven’t tried it warm yet but prefer cold anyway!
