I had a couple of watches with trackers, but the ring is something!!!! I’m so glad I bought it.It’s super light — I barely feel it on my finger, yet it tracks everything — sleep, readiness, heart rate, body temperature, even stress levels.The insights are so much more accurate than any smartwatch I’ve tried before.I love checking my sleep score in the morning — it actually helps me understand how my body feels that day.And the design? Too thick
I tried two different sizes of this oura ring I am just not a fan of the ceramic it is too thick and uncomfortable I’m going back to my original gen 4 ring.

Ceramic Oura Ring!
Just received my Cloud Ceramic Oura ring in size 9 and here are my first impressions. (Will update review and rating after getting more use)The ceramic Oura rings are thicker than their regular Oura ring gen 4s by about 0.7mm. (Reg Gen 4 is 2.88mm, Ceramic is 3.51mm).I don’t have another gen 4 Oura ring to compare the sizes to, but I do have a RingConn Gen 2 in size 10 and you can notice the difference in their thickness. The RingConn is 2mm.The color itself is reminiscent of new shower tiles since it is ceramic after all. It’s cool to the touch and very shiny so it does collect fingerprints.So far, that is all, thanks for reading!Update: I’ve worn this ring around for a couple of days now whether it’s to school, gym, or even a coffee shop and the ceramic shell has remained scratch free. However, I noticed the sleep tracking on the Oura isn’t as accurate as it is on my RingConn gen 2. Both got the same sleep and wake times, but RingConn caught me waking up a couple of times a night and Oura didn’t. Overall, if you want a more accurate and affordable check out RingConn. It’s much cheaper and does not require a subscription. If you want a durable stylish ring, go for Oura.

The best purchase
The Oura Ring in ceramic is honestly the best purchase I’ve ever made. It’s sleek, comfortable, and looks amazing, but what truly makes it special is how accurately it tracks my health and daily wellbeing. So pretty but…
I really want to like this ring, it is pretty and shiny but I’ve worn it for less than 2 hours and it is already scratched up. And all I have done in it is stirred soup in a pot. It also feels quite bulky. Too bad.
