Customers say
Customers find the hammock well-made, easy to install, and particularly suitable for children with special needs, including those with autism and ADHD. The thick canvas material and sturdy construction receive positive feedback, and while some find it comfortable, others say it’s not suitable for larger children. The air retention is problematic, with customers reporting that the cushion deflates after a week of use. The durability receives mixed reviews, with some saying it holds up well while others report the bottom ripping out.

LOVE THIS SWING!!
My kids LOVE this swing! We bolted it to a board in the ceiling nearly two years ago and it has been well used since then! They spin themselves, ask us to spin them faster than anyone should ever spin, and always want to “swing to the sky.”The air pillow only lasted a few weeks before it started to leak, but it’s in a zipped compartment so we took it out and stuffed a throw pillow in instead. The inner pocket is nice if someone is just relaxing and wants to put a water bottle in it… my kids use it as a handle so it ripped, but has no effect on the swing overall. This swing is comfortable, swings GREAT, easily holds two small kids at the same time (~75lbs), and is easy to clean. I don’t recommend feeding your child anything colorful and then spinning them until they puke, but it washes out if you do.My biggest complaint is that the adjustable strap slides, so it keeps getting lower and lower to the ground. We eventually just tied a not in it and it has stayed since then. Besides the sliding strap, the hooks and hardware that came with this have held up well and were very easy to install.I absolutely recommend this swing! Great deal for the cost.

Comfortable and Sensory-Friendly Swing Pod, Though Craftsmanship Could Be Better
The OUTREE Kids Pod Swing Seat has been a big hit with my kids especially my neurodivergent toddler, who can be sensitive to textures and needs regulation regularly. The cotton fabric is soft and comfortable enough for her to enjoy without irritation which makes this a win in our home. The pink color is also very pretty in person. It is bright, cheerful, and exactly as pictured. The swing itself feels cozy and calming, perfect for sensory regulation or quiet play. However, I did notice a couple of small issues with the design and craftsmanship. The inflatable cushion was a bit tricky to set up, and the quality is just okay. It didn’t fit easily into the pod at first because the zipper opening is smaller and tighter than the cushion itself. I ended up having to partially deflate the cushion, place it inside the pod, and then reinflate it once it was zipped in, which was a little inconvenient but manageable.Additionally, after just a few days of regular use, one section of the seam began to loosen and show some wear, even though my toddlers are only around 35-38 lbs. They don’t even ride the swing together. It’s a small flaw but disappointing given how much the kids love it.That said, I’m still deciding if I want to keep it since I have enough time to return it. I try to be mindful about sustainability, and I know that returned items often end up discarded or liquidated. For now, I’ll see how the seam holds up.

Very good quality at a great price!
As long as you can find a stud in your ceiling than the swing is very easy to put up, very comfortable for my son, its amazing quality and very sturdy, my son has Autism and he absolutley loves the swing!

**More like 3.5 stars**
This pod swing idea was phenomenal, and my 3 year old loves this thing! At his size, it is very roomy and would probably be good for kids up to around 10, maybe 12 years before it gets too tight. The canvas material is thick and very sturdy- it does not feel cheap or stretchy which is good for this. I had to test the strength, and at 200lbs it held me very well, albeit waaayyy too tight for adult comfort haha! Once my son got used to how to climb in, it was very easy for him to hop in and lounge about! I hung ours in his room (making sure there was enough swing clearance, of course) and he loves having all this swingability in his room! I’m sure this would work great outside too, but probably best if under covered area. The only real issue is the actual hanging support hardware that comes with the swing. First, if the anchor point is higher than 8ft then the strap adjustment clamp will fail (I go into more detail on this below and in pictures). Additionally, the connection points do not freely rotate, which will cause the swing to “wind up”. I’m sure some kids would enjoy winding it up to let it spin them back around after, but honestly over time it will cause additional pressure to the connections potentially leading to failure.**SEE PICTURES FOR REFERENCE**Our ceilings are higher than 8ft, which meant the hanging strap would need to be lengthened almost all the way. Because of this the loop where the swing pod hangs from was single layer and the adjustment clamp would slip even from 10lbs of force. Not dangerous, but would slowly slip straight to the floor. The only way to have the adjustment clamp to NOT slip was having the swing hang on double layer of strap. This meant my swing would be too high for my son to get in. Fortunately, I had a 6 inch spring that worked perfect in giving the extra length and even better hanging support along with allowing free constant rotation! See pictures for what i mean on double strap layer. I promise I attempted to move, and switch every potential option of the strap setup, but this clamp is completely DEFECTIVE as it should not slip from any tension whatsoever except beyond strength capability. The unfortunate part is that additional hardware parts might be needed…

Absolute HIT !
Toddler Approved & Parent Recommended! This pod swing has been a total hit in our house! My toddler LOVES climbing in, swinging, and just chilling with books or toys. The cotton canvas fabric is soft yet durable, and the reinforced stitching makes it feel very sturdy. The inflatable cushion on the bottom is surprisingly comfy and easy to clean.Setup was simple with the included straps and hardware, and it works just as well indoors as it does outside. I love how it doubles as both a fun swing and a calming sensory nook—it’s like a little cozy hug for my child.Overall, it’s safe, comfy, and super versatile. Absolutely worth it if you’re looking for something fun and soothing for toddlers!

Muy buen producto, en su calidad y herrajes, pero la correa no tiene suficiente fuerza y se recorrio al primer momento. La tuve que reemplazar con una cuerda
