Will work in a crisis, could be more comfortable and adjustable
This sling is very sturdy and I believe it will get the job done when the time comes. But it’s not very comfortable. I tried this with my kid who weighs 50 lbs and it hurt my chest. I wish it were more comfortable.The center of this sling to the bottom measures about 29 inches, and the width at the bottom, which is its widest part, is 2 ft. The entire sling is lightly padded with a little padding around the shoulder straps.The amount of padding is perfect in my opinion because it helps to keep the sling lightweight. I just wish it had a better design and more adjustability. When my kids were young, I used to carry them in baby carriers which technically serve the same purpose, that is carrying a human, and I wish the manufacturer would implement similar designs from the best baby carriers so that this gets more comfortable carrying a person.

Not helpful
I would love to say that this product was helpful, but, due to the fact that there were no instructions included, we weren’t able to even use it. We were hopeful that it would make transporting our loved one more manageable. It did not. I will be returning this product.

Good Quality & Works
This was a fairly quality evacuation sling. The quality of the fabric felt thick and sturdy. I did several pull tests on the straps and it held up well. I did all this better doing a person test and it was able to perform as described. It’s good that you are able to adjust the straps so you can have a more secure carry. I’ll be keeping this at my grandparents place along with the other emergency items.
