Yes, it works!
I love this product. It is simple to assemble, use and store. Other similar products are thousands of dollars. I will use it exclusively to help my husband into the car but I’m sure it will work for toileting. This device is life changing – my husband, who suffers from MS, will now be able to go for rides.

So Far So good
I ordered the basic one I should have ordered the upgraded one because of the back suport. The first day and we tested it out before trying on my grandma and it lifts and moves great.

New means new to you because it was used
Great design, easy to use, but has room for improvement. It has a weight limit of 300lbs but the materials used are of poor quality. Good thing the patient using it is only 185lbs; but even at that weight the integrity of the structure is questionable. Sold as being NEW but in reality it was a used and returned item. All the hardware came in sandwich bags, no assembly instructions just a brochure of the item. The casters & tubes were all scratched up. Seller should have offered a higher discount due to it being used and returned. Item was originally listed for $349.99 + $150 S&H + $49tax. I had it in my cart for about 2 month’s and seller offered a 20% discount $279 + $150 + $29tax. For the condition it was in, I think he should had given a slightly higher discount. At $200 + the rest of the stuff would have been a fair deal. The good thing is that the condition did not affect the performance of it; it did what it was intended to do. Again the materials used could have been a little more heavy duty in my opinion.

Very disappointed
I removed it from the box with a broken front wheel axle and cracked wheel covering. I didn’t get a chance to use it. It was smaller than I expexted and it would have been too small to use for my father. I returned it.

Life saver
Got this to help transport my husband from hospital bed to his wheelchair. Saved my back from lifting him up by myself
