Great invention
This is a wonderful apparatus. I lost use of my legs in a spinal cord incident. This has helped my caregivers get me up and move me about. So much nicer than the hoyer life. One of the seats became frayed and the company sent me a free replacement in just days. My only regret is not getting the electric one, but I am still very satisfied with this.

Disappointed
The seat design, which is a sling, greatly reduces the height that you can raise the patient to. Barely worked transferring to a recliner. I never attempted transferring to my SUV as I could see easily there was no was I could lift my wife as high as the seat. She’s only 160 pounds which is way below the maximum weight. In addition the side arms are so narrow she couldn’t fit between them easily.PS It’s on the way back to Amazon.

Only problem
Legs don’t expand out for larger chairs hard with heavier people (190) and older adults

Not worth the money
A very dangerous product. The straps are very short and does not accommodate the wide bulky base. There exist no support or stability for lower or upper back. This product is manually operated and very difficult to maneuver. Not worth the money!
