This is just the right size for a childs finger and they all love the design. It is smaller than other pulse ox for kids.

Its ok seems to work most of the time
I work in a Dr’s office and this works well on the babies if you make sure you have it lined up right or it takes a long time to read also it feels flimsy at the hinge.
