Best shower chair I have ever found..
I highly recommend this shower chair. It was easy to assemble. It is very sturdy and will not tip over. It gives ideal sitting support in the shower. The back and arm rests make a huge difference in the level of safety that this seat offers. The seat has a non slip pad on it that also improves the safety factor. It is easy to adjust the height of the chair for your specific need. It also has very good non skid pads on the legs to keep the chair from sliding when you sit down or stand up. If I could give it 10 stars I would!

Quality, Well-Designed, Comfortable and Solidly-Constructed Shower Chair Even Sits in a Bathtub
Quality and Comfort: although aluminum metal, all surfaces actually touching your skin are soft, either rubber or silicone. Plus, the chair you sit in is about 23″ wide, ample room for a large person to easily move around in. Design highlights: at the base, the legs are just 18″ apart, so I can use it in either a full-size shower or an ordinary standard-sized bathtub. Liked the hand-tightening screws (of which an extra of each length is provided just-in-case), especially because they intuitively guided me to 1) Screw all the pieces together a bit loosely before final tightening (safeguard against stripping); and, 2) Hand-tighten them all at the end to just the right torque. The chair took me about 35 minutes to assemble. It came out level and feels solid to sit in. Definitely worth the money, as likely to last virtually forever.

    best shower chair ever.
awesome chair. adjustable height is great and back for stability plus arms on sides to help get up and down. sturdy and comfortable. the mat you sit on is removable to wash the entire chair…. love it. much better than any other shower chair I have had.

    Decent chair
Overall, this is a pretty decent shower chair. I am 69″ and it is tall enough for me, which does not happen often with assistive devices. It seems to be sturdy, but I weigh just over 200# and not the maximum capacity for this item. It was a task to get assembled with so many parts. The wingnuts stick out pretty far and catch hair easily. The seat cover is worthless and was tossed in the trash soon after using. The foam on the handles is incredibly slippery when wet and soapy, so it is a safety concern. I do not like that the padded area on the back does not remove for cleaning and it seems to harbor microorganisms. I do not feel that the seat and handles are wide enough for someone that is larger than I am. I bought this chair to replace the shower stool I have been using for about 3 years, so I am still adjusting to the differences, but it seems to be a decent shower chair for my needs.

    Good purchase
This chair is excellent. Reviews said it was hard to assemble, I am 76 and had no issues putting it together. Read the directions and follow them carefully, no issues. It’s sturdy and is supportive. It takes two of us to get my husband into the shower and he is very confident using it. He has great mobility issues.
