Great and super conveniente!
Great door deadbolt and handle combo. I bought 3 of them and had them paired up with the Wi-Fi gateway for remote access via phone app.At first I bought 1 unit and was disappointed that I could not connect remotely since this was not the Wi-Fi model. I did a little research and found out that the gateway piece was the part I was missing to make it happen. I bought the WiFi gateway and 2 more units. Each gateway piece can be paired up with up to 3 locks. Installation of the new lock and hardware was easy. The most time consuming for me was to remove the old hardware from my old doors. Once installed, getting it connected to the app was a breeze. I love the functionality and piece of mind to know doors are locked when needed and can be locked and unlocked in so many ways, including remotely now that I’ve added the Wi-Fi gateway. Design is beautiful and matched my decor. All hardware felt sturdy. Highly recommend!

Program multiple users with different codes!
This smart lock works really well and gives me peace of mind with the added security. Setup was straightforward, and the keyless entry is fast and convenient. The build feels durable and high quality, with a solid handle design that’s built to last. You can program multiple users with different passwords. It responds quickly when unlocking, whether by code or app, and has been reliable every time. For the price, it’s a great value and makes daily life much easier while keeping the home secure.

Good lock overall, but biometric reader is finicky
We installed this lock in our home a couple of weeks ago. It was easy to install and it works smoothly. We also found the app was easy to set up. The lock connects seamlessly with Alexa. There are multiple options for entry, including a hidden key slot for the included physical keys. We like the option to add unique and temporary codes through the app. The biometric fingerprint reader is awesome… when it works. We have found it to be someone unreliable. I invited my spouse to access the account and she also added her fingerprints to the lock. It worked great for a couple of days, then suddenly it didn’t recognize her fingerprints any longer. Her prints still show up in the app, but the lock can’t read them. I also had mine rejected a couple of times without any clear explanation. I suspect this is nothing unique to locks at this price point and it’s simple enough to punch in my code. Overall, we are happy with the lock and would likely buy it again.

Don’t think and get it!
Okay, I gotta say, this is such a game-changer! Being a Philips product, I already expected solid quality, but this lock really delivers. The fingerprint scanner works like a charm, and having four ways to unlock (PIN, app, key, and fingerprint) means I never get locked out. Plus, the auto-lock feature is genius, no more panicking about whether I remembered to lock the door! The two included lever handles give it a sleek, high-end look, and installation was way easier than I thought, just a screwdriver and about 20 minutes of my time. The Bluetooth and WiFi compatibility (with the optional hub) means I can control it remotely, and voice commands with Alexa/Google are super convenient. For the price? Total steal. The build feels premium, the features are way beyond basic smart locks, and it’s Philips, so you know it’s reliable. Got mine on a deal, and it’s worth every penny. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Easy to install and makes life easier
New dad here. Before the baby we would just go out the garage door, but we have relatively narrow hallways. Easy for walking humans to navigate, but makes it a pain to push a stroller through. Because of this we’ve been using our front door instead, but fumbling with keys every time we leave or come back was pretty cumbersome, especially while managing a crying baby. This door lock was exactly what we needed.Everything was super easy to install. If you’re handy enough to replaced door knobs and locks, this is nearly an identical process. If you’re savvy enough to onboard other smart devices, this is the same as well.Build quality is good. Mostly metal with gaskets in the right places to ensure a good fit and no rattling. The finish is good, so it gives it a more premium feel. The handle seems to be mostly aluminum, it’s pretty light and non-magnetic, that does make it seem a little less hefty, but that’s completely fine with me. It’s still thick enough metal to assuage my worries of denting or bending it by accidentally running into it with something. The motor for the lock is quite audible, but the sound isn’t jarring or whiny so it doesn’t bother me.The lock gives you a number of different methods. You can do a pin, fingerprint, or just use a normal key. The key is obviously the backup method, so let’s talk about the other methods. Once you have the app set up, you can set up multiple pins. This is particular useful if you have extended family or friends that need to access your house while you’re away. It makes it easier to give and revoke access, without messing with the primary account. For the homeowners, the fingerprint reader is the way to go. It’s quite quick and accurate, and so far it doesn’t seem like it’s prone to false positives. You can also add multiple people and multiple fingerprints for each person. Again, this helps with managing access.Lastly, this unit does not connect to the internet, at least as far as I’m aware. Everything is done through BT. Internet integration would only be useful for remote access anyway, which is a feature I wouldn’t use.
