Great tool for everyone. The slide lever system allows me to open any container with ease, or hold a bowl for mixing any ingredients. The cutting picks worked great for fruits, veggies, and even my cheese and ham. I did have to size the ham and cheese to a little larger than the pick diameter so I would cut more evenly. The pictures attached show the eggs that I cracked one handed, whisked, and also the cheese and ham that I cut up. The final picture is the omelette cooked.I’m 71 years old with a rotator cuff repair that immobilizes my dominant arm for six weeks. This tool has been invaluable for that. I’ve got another four weeks, but I think I’m going to be using this for a long long time. My hands are not as strong as they used to be, and this just takes care of that. I would strongly recommend buying this for anyone.

The vice saved my life!
This board has been very useful, particularly the vice that I use to open jars to cut zucchini and a myriad of other uses. The one problem is that it is practically impossible to pull the board off the counter to wash it with the suction cups for a one-handed person

Best item for all kinds of uses in kitchen. Versatile vice and removeable nail section for easy cleaning. Only downfall I’ve found is the suction cups come off the screws fairly easily so be careful when removing from counter. Otherwise an item I use almost every day.
