This thing is fan-freakin-tastic!
I am a caregiver and I dela with medications daily. I had no idea such a device existed and I have been using this thing constantly. It can cut any size pill you need in 2,3 or 4 pieces at once! It can also do multiple pills in 1 go and can be used to grind pills into a powder. You can adjust it to securely hold a pill of any size. It comes with a cup on the bottom but I find that this would be unsanitary to use. I wish I would’ve known about this sooner, it has really been a fantastic product!

Clever multi-function pill cutter, but confusing without English instructions
This is a much larger and heavier pill cutter than the usual clamshell style, built from substantial plastic that feels like it could withstand a lot of use. It combines several functions in one unit: pill splitting (halves, thirds, or quarters), crushing/grinding, storage, and even a small cup. Once I finally figured out how to access the hidden blade section, I was impressed with the clever design and the range of pill sizes it can accommodate. The safety feature that prevents the blade from being exposed when open is also well thought out.That said, the learning curve is steep. All of the text on the box is in Japanese, and there are no English instructions included. Even though I can read Japanese, I tried approaching this as someone who couldn’t and found it frustrating to guess at the functions. Eventually I pieced it together, but for a product marketed in the US, clear instructions would make a big difference.Overall, it’s sturdy, versatile, and thoughtfully designed, but the lack of English instructions and the trial-and-error setup keep me from giving it 5 stars.

convenient pill cutter with water cup
I am reviewing and showing a photo and video of:Brand: YULIKIKER Pill Cutter with Grinder and Water Cup, 7 in 1 Multi-Functional Medicine Splitter (Cream)I have been using this pull cutter/grinder with water cup for several weeks now. I keep it in my vehicle because we always take our medications on the go. We also must crush or cut some of our pills in half. It has been very convenient for us to have this all-in-one pill cutter. We always keep water with us, so having the cup right on hand to take medications makes this pill cutter preferred and more likeable than others. It was easy to figure its operation out without instructions because the language was not my own. The pill cutter seems to be solidly made, durable. The pill cutter is heavy duty but not too heavy on the hands when using it. It functions well and is able to easily split and/or grind one of two of our pills in half at a time. The capacity is generous. It is easy to clean and keep clean. I attached a video of me using the pill cutter.

A great cutter if you need 3rds or quarters – otherwise it’s a hard pass for me
This is a nice enough cutter with some innovative design (cuts 3rds and 4ths) – which is great, but as a single pill cutter or splitter it is really kind of meh. I have had some of my small pills more crushed than cut, and the adjustment feels very fiddly. The storage aspect is really nice, but not enough to redeem the other deficiencies. No English instructions or packaging, not a big deal as it is pretty obvious how to utilize. Overall, my biggest complaint is with cutting – I wish the guides were spring loaded to center and retain the pill rather than manual adjustments – and I wish you could disable the 3rds and quarters functionality to cut more pills in half simultaneously. I was hopeful this would replace my existing multi cutter, but sadly it won’t.

Impressive tablet cutter although not uniform in its cutting
This tablet cutter is impressive although it is not uniform in its cutting (see pics). If you don’t need super precision then this will work. The unit has the cutting compartment at the top, a storage area in the middle (can’t hold much in this area) and the bottom can store some tablets. There’s no instructions with the box but the product listing online shows how to cut it into 2, 3, or 4 parts. You basically align the tablet in the right position, let it grip the tablet, then you close the lid and push down for the blades to cut the tablet. I tried it on a zinc tablet in the half and quarter position. You can see my results in my pics. It did cut it into those sections but it’s not uniform. I give the item a 4.5 out of 5 but know that the cuts won’t be super precise.

Awesome little pill splitter!
This review is for the Pill Cutter with Grinder and Water Cup, 7 in 1 Multi-Functional Medicine Splitter (Cream).I love this thing! It can split pills multiple ways, it has recessed blades to prevent accidents, and even has a little water cup on the bottom. The pill cutter has an adjustable clamp to hold the pill in place, and to cut you just push down on the top. Easy peasy! It also has a pill crusher, but I haven’t used it. They even include a little brush to clean out the pill dust from the cutter. I wish I had this pill cutter a long time ago. The only thing I have to complain about is that the packaging is all in Chinese, but they have the instructions in English here on Amazon.
