The rings are a great tool is your only concern is portion control. The do exactly what they are meant to do. Help you moderate your intake per meal. The material is easy to clean, they are flexible enough you can handle them without fear of them snapping. I use them in conjunction with a nutrional food scale. With bariatric surgery you have to be mindful of both portion amount and nutrional values. The rings are very handy.
