No fuss, plug and play
Great image quality and speakers. The microphone is clear. Mounting was simple, and the usb cable was long enough to route through the wall to the center of the conference table. True plug and play — no 3rd party download/app required. Windows, Teams, Zoom had no problems detecting or using the camera/speaker/microphone. The only negative I have is the cameras face detection (auto-framing) could be snappier. When you walk out of frame or when someone else begins to speak, it takes the camera a few seconds to detect and reframe the person speaking. Ideally, I would like this to happen instantly, but not a big deal.

Great for virtual meetings.
We purchased several of these for our locations across AZ and NM and they work great. It was much cheaper than getting a conferencing system and super easy for those who struggle with technology. Easy plug and play. Great sound for both sides and love the auto framing of the speaker. My boss loves these which makes me look good.The only issue we have is the remotes don’t work consistently. They work for a few minutes and then not again for the day. Even with new batteries.

Lousy. Video quality less than a standard logitech. Mo softwsre atnallbfor any tweaks… and you have to crrate an account on a weird PolyLens website to find out that your unit has mo support. There is a download of 3 pieces of “poly desktop updates” they are 500mb and extract to a “dfu” file.. so I guess they are updates to some desktop software that you can not actually get.Another odd HP webpage makes is very clear: “there is no software or driversbavailable gor your product”. Returning.

Great product with impressive AI tech, but too bad the remote doesn’t work.
Well, the video quality and audio quality are top notch. The AI-powered feature of the camera training itself on whomever is speaking, even if they are walking around, is great. Fantastic product for video meetings with multiple participants on your end of the conference. Very sophisticated.Unfortunately, the remote will not pair with the base unit. Tech support was very helpful and they finally determined that the firmware is bad and the unit cannot be updated to fix the problem. I will have to send it back and buy a different one.

Unbelievably Good!
Camera is super cool – it has a smart technology that looks at the person speaking and highlights them. Very neat and helpful with multiple people in the room. Literally plug and play – up and running within 30 seconds. I have it working with Teams and doing voice calls over Telegram. I spent around $500 trying to cobble a bunk of equipment to do what this does and those items never really worked. Buy it.

Prepare to talk to Polycom support – no instructions
There are no instructions provided with the unit, and it is un-intuitive. For example, to pair the remote, instead of pressing the bluetooth button on the remote, you have to press and hold the mute button. Clearly something was missed in customer experience testing.Also, the unit arrived unable to run without system updates, for which I had to do multiple factory resets.I went through 2 DOA units before getting one that actually worked.OTOH: their support team is pretty good about helping and cross-shipping DOA products.For the price, my expectations were MUCH higher.

Web Conferencing
Works great! We use clickshare and teams. The sound is crisp, microphone is clear. Integrates well with Microsoft Teams. We have had success with Cisco Webex. This has extremely improve our video conferencing.

We tested the unit and it did not output a 4K resolution. At most what we could get was 1080p even though I did plug it into a USB3.0 port. Also the unit did not come with a power adapter for some reason. Very disappointed.
