Customers say
Customers find the headset excellent for office work, with crisp sound quality and effective noise cancellation that allows them to be heard clearly even outside. They appreciate its comfort, battery life with charging stand, and compatibility with Teams and Zoom. The connectivity and functionality receive mixed reviews – while Bluetooth connectivity is easy, some report connectivity problems, and while it works well with Teams and Zoom, some find it doesn’t work at all. Durability is a concern, with multiple customers reporting that the microphone stopped working after a year of use.

Perfect headset for work and calls
Very comfortable headset! It’s lightweight and doesn’t press on the head even after hours of use. The sound quality is excellent – clear voice and a microphone that blocks background noise well. The battery lasts a long time and it easily connects to both computer and phone. Perfect for work calls or home use.

One of the best headsets for the money without being heavy and cumbersome
This is an amazing headset. Great quality. Great noise reduction. Good for making business calls and knowing you have a quality headset for it. Soft on the ears and fits well. Good range to walk around the house where I used it. Very clear sound.

This headset is complete garbage, would not recommend.
I ordered one of these, and the microphone was so broken that it had 3% volume no matter what you did with it. The replacement is also an epic piece of garbage, while my sound quality in my ears is good, the audio from the microphone is complete trash. It would be acceptable if it were $18, but not $180. As an added benefit, when you are using the microphone, it echos your own audio back to your own ears.I can see that since HP purchased Plantronic and Polycom, they have sent the brands down the toilet, and didn’t even bother to give a courtesy flush. The shareholders and HP executives should be forced to communicate with these terrible devices in their own private level of Hades.

Incredible !!!
I’ve been using this headset for 2 days now and I’m already really impressed. The sound quality is super clear, and the noise-canceling mic blocks out background noise better than I expected. It was super easy to connect to both my laptop and phone, and the charging stand is a nice touch—it looks clean on my desk. It’s also very lightweight and comfortable, even during long Zoom calls. So far, it’s been a great experience and I’m glad I chose this one.

Good, not great wireless headset
I bought the previous Plantronics version for my home office setup. That one is 5 stars. When I started going back to the office and got a new laptop without a headphone jack, I bought this one for my office setup to replace my wired headset. The Bluetooth works great with my laptop and phone I also ended up with one USB port on my laptop, so using the dongle want super convenient, but that works well too.The sound is clear and background noise doesn’t come through for folks I’m talking to.The cradle is great. Battery life is fantastic! I like that the headset answers calls when I turn it on.The only reason I docked it a star is that if I’m on calls more than a few hours a day, my ears ache. I do not have that problem with the previous Plantronics version, which is very comfy. I will likely swap my home and work headsets as I now spend more time at the office. If you can find a refurbished Plantronics version, buy that instead.

Versatile and Comfortable: A Must-Have for Work and Play
I purchased the Poly Voyager 4320 UC headset after experiencing discomfort with the standard headsets provided at my call center job. My ears are particularly sensitive, especially around the cartilage, and this headset has been a game-changer. It offers the flexibility of being wireless, allowing me to move around freely, which is a huge plus. Additionally, I can plug it in during Zoom meetings to ensure I remain connected without worrying about battery life. The sound clarity this headset provides is exceptional, significantly improving my ability to understand callers, which has been invaluable for both work communications and gaming. I’ve now transitioned to using it primarily as a gaming headset, and it continues to impress with its durable build and consistent performance over the year. The Bluetooth range is extensive; I can walk nearly anywhere in my house without losing connection.Another great feature is its capability in voice dictation for creating documents in Word. It captures my words clearly, enhancing my productivity. Poly has released a new version of this headset, which I have not yet tried, but I am ordering it for my husband who plans to use it for computer gaming.Overall, the Poly Voyager 4320 UC headset is an excellent investment for anyone looking for a versatile, comfortable, and high-quality audio experience for professional and personal use.

For the price. It should last longer than 7 months.
It’s not the most comfortable but it was easy to connect and no issues when using Teams. Unfortunately, they broke. I don’t know how, but they broke from daily use and now I have issues with them disconnecting randomly from my desktop. Customers have complained about not being able to hear me right. The mute button decides when it wants to work. This is so unfortunate because I work remotely and need a good headset. Now I’m back into getting new ones but they are so expensive.

I absolutely love this headset, it works great with Teams and the mute button actually works well, compared to other headsets I had bought in the past. Very very lightweight and comfortable to use and have on your head all day without hurting my head/ears. Great battery life too, I’m on calls 4-6h per day and I only charge every 2-3 days. Highly recommend for people with small heads as well, I can’t find easily headsets that aren’t too big for me.
