Perfect headset for work and calls
Very comfortable headset! It’s lightweight and doesn’t press on the head even after hours of use. The sound quality is excellent – clear voice and a microphone that blocks background noise well. The battery lasts a long time and it easily connects to both computer and phone. Perfect for work calls or home use.

This headset is complete garbage, would not recommend.
I ordered one of these, and the microphone was so broken that it had 3% volume no matter what you did with it. The replacement is also an epic piece of garbage, while my sound quality in my ears is good, the audio from the microphone is complete trash. It would be acceptable if it were $18, but not $180. As an added benefit, when you are using the microphone, it echos your own audio back to your own ears.I can see that since HP purchased Plantronic and Polycom, they have sent the brands down the toilet, and didn’t even bother to give a courtesy flush. The shareholders and HP executives should be forced to communicate with these terrible devices in their own private level of Hades.

It captures my words clearly, enhancing my productivity. Poly has released a new version of this headset, which I have not yet tried, but I am ordering it for my husband who plans to use it for computer gaming.Overall, the Poly Voyager 4320 UC headset is an excellent investment for anyone looking for a versatile, comfortable, and high-quality audio experience for professional and personal use.

I absolutely love this headset, it works great with Teams and the mute button actually works well, compared to other headsets I had bought in the past. Very very lightweight and comfortable to use and have on your head all day without hurting my head/ears. Great battery life too, I’m on calls 4-6h per day and I only charge every 2-3 days. Highly recommend for people with small heads as well, I can’t find easily headsets that aren’t too big for me.
