Solid well-made vegetable peeler
This is a solid, well made, strong and sharp peeler. It is especially useful on tougher veggies like sweet potatoes. It definitely has a learning curve as it is not as user friendly as a traditional peeler. However, with practice this could become my go to peeler. So far I am having difficulty getting a thin peel and thus I am taking too much of the vegetable and not just the skin. This is also very sharp and would not be good for kids to use. Additionally, it has a convenient bottle opener which is a handy feature!

Slightly dangerous
Seems slightly dangerous to me to be honest. The blade is very sharp and fairly exposed so one can cut themselves rather easily on it. It does work, and does peel things, but to be honest a more “normal” peeler seems like a much safer option. I don’t think I will end up using this one very much even though it is very sturdy and well made.

The new was to peel veggies
I used this peeler for the first time on two eggplants. I actually just kept slicing instead of peeling and got wonderful thin slices for chips. Love it. It also peeled a large sweet potato easily with no waste.
