Guys can benefit too!!
Used for male pelvic floor muscle exercises to help with prostrate issues. It does work very well to strengthen your muscles. I can also say that you may get some enjoyment from this device if you like anal play. The strong anal contractions combined with rhythmical impulses can be arousing. Just saying.

Avoid. Wasted money.
It doesn’t cause much feeling, and what little it does cause is just annoying and unpleasant. Headed for the trash.

Well, I tried it . . .
It’s a lot of fun . . . .

I would rate it better but had to modify the connectors
The connectors both the red and black are smaller than the E-stem probs so had to be modified to stay connected.Otherwise very nice, smaller than expected but fits nicely into anus or vagina giving a good contact for stimulation.
