Great performance and very well-made. Bought another
I ABSOLUTLY LOVE this oximeter, and I’ve owned many over the years. The first thing is, it comes on all by itself when digit and once inserted it comes on! It just about gives a correct reading when the finger is inserted. Very well made. I have dropped it from pocket level with no physical damage or malfunction. Very easy to read and there are 4 positions.. I’ve bought another one 7 days later, but don’t quit making them!curlygirl936

Easier to use, Leaner, Cheaper, Nice OLED screen, Accurate, 3 Alarm triggers, & Laynard.
I ordered the Smart Guesser Pulse Oximeter as an inexpensive backup (half the price) to the Zacurate Pro Series 500 DL which I ordered at the same time. I didn’t expect that I would like it better. You literally just stick your finger into the oximeter for it to work and then remove it to shut it off (That’s it!).It will alarm if your pulse is hi (stating at 120) or low (50 or below) and the low oxygen alarm is 85 by default. All of these can be changed through the menu button long-press and selected via short-press. Short press by itself will cycles through 4 screen orientations with one adding a graph in the horizontal mode.GOOD – Smoothly animated non-pixelated display, no-brainer on/off, 3 helpful warning alarmsBAD – Finger must be in the device for the menus to work (may confuse some). alarm volume could be louder or adjustable.UPDATE: I was so impressed with the first one that I bought 2 more. All three have been dropped and still work fine. These are used several time per day, every day, and I’ve replaced the batteries a few times because of this. They also give readings quickly compared to other oximeters. The initial reading may not be wholly accurate but will adjust as it continues reading. I can use all 3 at the same time & they are in close parody despite being on different fingers but often give identical readings. Each time a nurse has used a medical oximeter on me I slip mine on my finger and it reads the same as the ones the professionals are using.

Works
Works well enough, hasn’t run out of battery yet.

Ease
Like the ease of just putting on finger and getting the info right away. But don’t like idea of having to remove batteries after not using for a week.

Great Oximeter
Thus oximeter is very easy to use. Just stick your finger in the opening and the oximeter measures your blood oxygen level and displays your oxygen level and heart rate within seconds. I keep record of my measurements and one day compared my at home reading with the one taken at my doctor’s office and they were in sync. I recommend this Pulse Oximeter for your use.

Didn’t work
Came with batteries and a strap. But, it didn’t work. I tried a different set of batteries that worked in a different oximeter. But it still didn’t work. Just wouldn’t turn on.
