    Accurate
This little pulse oximeter is a lifesaver! It’s so easy to use – just slip your finger in and get an instant reading of your blood oxygen level and heart rate. The display is clear and easy to read, and it comes with everything you need, including a carrying case, batteries, and a lanyard. I feel much more comfortable knowing I can easily monitor my oxygen levels, especially during cold and flu season.

    Easy to use
I purchased my own for work in the ER because I can never find one that works. It actually picks up Sat on young children! Perfect for home use if this is what you need. It is simple to use- push the button and put it on your finger until you have a good wave form and numbers register.

    Seems fairly accurate
Compared to my other one I’ve used for 5 years (different brand) it’s slower to update the heartbeat. The sp02 seems to be the same as far as time to refresh the readings. This one someone’s reads a point or 2 lower than my old one. The heartbeat on my old one shows real time, this one seems to refresh the BPM every several seconds. So my old one might show 94, 95 98, 90, 89, in a 5 second timeframe but this one will show just one of those numbers and refresh later. So it might I’m at 95 but I’ve already moved up higher in bpm and then back down to lower before it catches up. Seems like more of an average bpm than a real time reading.

    Great little metter
I like this little meter. I do think the reading is a little off between different fingers or hands. Still would recommend it

    Not good
The pulse ox doesn’t read well and most times gives a false reading, and then makes a horrific sound. I wouldn’t use for real patients I have a nother pulse I check with amd the kaesia mobile device to compare, and most times it reads wrong.
