They are socks
They are socks,good price for soft socks. Could be a little bit better quality fabric. I would suggest that you still wear shoes with them. They don’t last very long wearing them around town without shoes. Really seem to soak up the water, again shoes would probably help.

I have been an athlete many years ago and wore these all the time. I still wear them all the time. Easy to wash, keep their shape, and you hardly notice wearing them except for the comfort.

Very comfortable and great for exercise (i.e. they have never chaffed me running or hiking), and they stand up surprisingly well to very regular abuse. I wear them out eventually but only after a lot of intense sweaty use! Have bought a few times over the years and will continue to do so, I hope they keep making them!
