A personal wellness MUST! Fashionable tech
I definitely recommend this! I bought this to help me track my progress in my wellness journey. I’m no fitness pro or anything, but I’m definitely looking to level up my well being. I’m roughly a week in to owning this I’ve already bought one for hubby so we can hold each other accountable to our goals.QRNT not charging a subscription fee was a big selling point for me. A friend of mine got another brand and they stopped paying the subscription – money down the drain. Plus, I have enough subscriptions in my life especially in my workout supplement regimen!The ring fits nicely and it looks great too! I’m between a 7 and 8 so I sized up to 8 and I’m glad I did. It came with 2 covers – a white and a black to protect it from scratches. The ring itself seems durable enough, but I love it so much I want to protect it at all costs. I didn’t even know that they had covers so I went down a rabbit hole buying some 3-packs of other colors that they sell. So stylish.The app is easy to use and I’ve found the sleep tracking helpful to better my health beyond just working out. Definitely the best value for my money that I’ve spent in a while.

Wish I got it sooner
I chose this one because of the value. Not only is it cheaper than the aura ring but it does the same thing. I’ve compared it to the aura ring that my coworker has and the app is pretty similar. Plus with no subscription it’s a winning in my eyes. It tracks sleep well. It does fit snugger than I expected but it’s comfortable to wear. It has a couple of new features that are in beta but overall it seems like a great option for health tracking

Order TWO sizes larger, or it’ll be too SMALL!
SMALL!! Order two sizes larger if you’re ordering a smaller size. I ordered a size 7. The outer ring is the size of a 7, but inside the electronics and light sensor inside the ring, is a size 5. Verified with a ring sizer. Expensive mistake if you make it! Get at least one, and I’d recommend two, sizes larger.

Nice but not for me
Great concept but not if you are into lifting weights. My fingers swell and it would get stuck. It’s also a bit bulky for small hands.

This is a great ring. It has allowed me to abandon my smart watch!
I am really liking this ring so far. I wore a smart watch for years just to track steps and fitness, but this ring is far superior for what I am looking for. The first thing that is great is the battery life. For my uses, it’s about 6-8% of use a day so I can expect almost 2 weeks of wear without having to charge it. My smart watch had a lot more functionality for my phone, but I had to charge it nightly so I never was able to get insight into my sleep.Now that I have the QALO ring, I have in depth analysis of my sleep. One of the things I never knew was actually how long it takes me to get to sleep. If I lay down with my phone it can be up to an hour. If I lay down without my phone it’s under 20 minutes. I also didn’t know how much REM vs. Deep vs. Light sleep I was getting. Now I can see that information and how it changes over time.The app itself is also really useful. Is is intuitive to use and once you connect the ring to your phones Bluetooth when you open the app it automatically synchs your activities since the last synch. This takes under 10 seconds each time, so that’s pretty impressive.I really didn’t think I was going to be a smart-ring type of person. But considering this has replaced my watch, and I rarely have to charge it, and it actually looks good and fits well, my smart watch now sits in a drawer. I definitely recommend this item, especially if you want an easy way to know more information about your sleep and overall health metrics such as heart rates, oxygenation, and activity level.
