I love this . I combine it with turmeric and ginger tea with cinnamon and honey. Great way to start the day and it does releave my pain. I have both hips replaced and my knees are both bone on bone

Great brand. Not so great experience.
I love the brand, but unfortunately one of the turmeric capsules must have opened in the bottle, or during packaging. All of the capsules are covered with the yellow powder, which stains your fingers, and anything it comes in contact with.

The AMOUNT of active ingredients matter!
This brand has a LOT of the tuneric extract that is standardized to 95% curcuminoids. This is “the juice” that gives the benefits of the supplement.It also includes ginger and black pepper extract… critical ingredients to help absorb it and for it to work in the body.I rarely recommend “brands” because not every brand gets every supplement right… but this brand did well with the tumeric blend!Ive been using blends like this for years to kick my “ibuprophen habit” for aches and pains.It takes 3-5 days to build up in the body, so you wont notice a “sudden” effect. One day you will just realize the aches and pains… kinda arent achey and painey any more.Also, if you stop taking it… expect in 3-5 days they will all come back.I swear by this, and I try to order before I run out, as sometimes its out of stock.If I feel achey, I will take a second or third dose (each dose is 3 capsules). I rarely have needed to do this, but will sometimes take extra when I have to work overnight to help prevent feeling the wear and tear I know is coming. I rarely get headaches, but this helps when I do instead of an NSAID.I take a lot of supplements, (like a handful) and I find a protein shake or something thicker than water helps get them down easier. Also having a cracker to chase them helps too.

The best turmeric supplement I have tried.
Yes, this is the best turmeric supplement I have tried to date. I have some inflammation issues that this supplement really knocks out. truly. I have been taking turmeric supplements for years with moderate success but, this one is really next level. I don’t know if it is the addition of ginger or what, but this is amazing. more dexterity and less reliance on an inhaler, which was an unexpected benefit and what puts this particular brand into the success column vs the moderate success column.

Really messy, stains.
Such a mess! So annoying! I’ve purchased Qunol brand turmeric 3 times now, both in the store and online. And each time the bottles and capsules are really messy, turmeric dust gets on fingers, and stains things. Capsules don’t seal well and so they open inside bottle and spill turmeric dust all over the other capsules and inside of bottle. Careful when taking them, turmeric stains clothing and discolors countertops, and pill cases. So messy. It doesn’t have to be this way, other turmeric supplements don’t have this issue. I’m thinking I’ll go back to a different brand even if it costs a little more because at least I won’t accidentally stain my clothes, etc which ends up costing me. Also just a real annoyance to have to be so careful and deliberate each time I want to open the bottle and take them, because of the mess! And I’ve stopped putting them in my pill organizer because they get bright orange turmeric dust on EVERYTHING, the other pills/supplelents, all over the pill organizer, and spilling out onto my countertop and inside my cupboard. I hope Qunol finds a better way to secure the capsules so they don’t leak so much. Other brands don’t seem to have this issue, so I know it’s possible.
