Don’t worry. This pillow has two adjustable sizes.
When I first got this; I was less than satisfied. It was too thick using this both on the chair and on the bed. However, upon closer inspection, there is a hidden seam that is attached to a zipper. Inside the lumbar pillow has two pads which are removable. That means if you find this too thick, you can use the thinner versions. This helps tremendously both with chairs and pillows. The only thought I have is that the outside material could be something stronger such as nylon so that this would be a better travel pillow.

So far, so good………but overpriced
So far, I am digging the adjustable lumbar support pillow. There are 2 separate foam inserts, one flatter one and one thicker and more rounded. I see no need to separate them as I suffer from scoliosis and a crushed disc in thr lower lumbar region, so I use this on the couch. While nothing really makes the pain all go away, it does provide more relief than the last lumbar pillow I got, or the other pillow I was using. I am using it right now as I type and am able to do so without the squirming around and constant readjusting that goes with sitting down.Overall, I am happy with it so far. Do I think it is worth the current asking price of $50? No. It doesn’t heat up or have a massage feature…..it is just 2 memory foam pieces and a silky soft cover. Overpriced? Yes. It works nicely, but you can get this level of relief from a regular pillow that is as thick and put in the same spot. Not everything needs to be premium pricing.

using on my chair
I have been using this in my chair for back support. It is really helping support my back. I tried it in bed but did not find it comfotable in bed for they way I sleep. The exterior is nice. There are 2 layers inside so one can be removed to find the right amount of support.

Adjustable pillow
The Adjustable Pillow from The QUTOOL Store appears to be very well made. The ‘pillow’ is actually two pillows in one. One part is flat, and the other part is thicker and more rounded. You can remove either one to make adjustments to fit you.My husband has had some surgery on his back as well as ablations. Pain also in his legs. I was in hope that this pillow would give him some comfort. While it is a good pillow, it did not work for him.

QUTOOL Adjustable Lumbar Pillow
The pillow came packaged very nicely in a sealed plastic. The outer cover is very soft and machine washable. It is very thoughtful that there is a little piece of fabric you can insert the end of the zipper into, so you don’t get poked while using the pillow. You can use it with either one or two of the memory foam cushions according to your preference.My husband has had 10 major back surgeries, and his back contains metal rods and screws all through his spine. I have purchased many lumbar pillows for him to try. He said this pillow is very comfortable and has tried it in several positions.

Great Lower back scoliosis support
So this was pretty comfortable in bed when I was laying on my back. I have moderate scoliosis in my lower spine that causes my spine to dip forward, leaving a big curved in gap. However, when I turned on my side, it dug into my ribs and hips and wasn’t very comfortable. I alternate between my sides and back all night because I have chronic pain and can’t stay in one position too long. Maybe it just needs some more time to not be stiff, so I’ll definitely be giving it another go.However I have been using it to fill the gap in my back when I’m sitting on the couch and it’s perfect for that! It’s just firm enough to not make me feel like Im sinking into the couch.

Excellent
This support pillow is excellent and a must have for anyone. It’s made from great quality materials, memory foam, cooling cover. You can put a pillowcase over it to keep it clean but the cover has a zipper for easy removal and cleaning. This pillow is super versatile, it can be used for the lower back while sitting or driving, at work or at home. It can be used in bed or on the couch or floor to elevate the legs or one leg or behind the knees or side sleeping giving excellent support for lower back pain or leg pain. It can be used for side sleepers between the knees to keep the hips aligned for pain relief. The cost is low compared to all the ways you’ll use it for any aches and pains.

I Needed This Months Ago! Great for a Herniated Disc and Will Use for Post Surgical Recovery Also.
SO glad I found this pillow and I wish I had thought of getting it before. I’ve been suffering from a herniated disc in my lower back for 7 months so I definitely could have used it sooner. . .However, I am having back surgery this week and this pillow will be great for sleeping and sitting during recovery. It says it is for sleeping but it is also really comfortable for sitting in an office chair, recliner or the car!! I am using it now and I’m pretty sure it will be by my side for the entire span of the recovery. It’s so comfortable.
