Perfect !!!
It’s amazing what a piece of wood could do !!! Works for an abundance of different transfers. W/C or scooter to and from car, toilet, couch, recliner, etc. I have two 36” boards for certain transfers also. However this extra long board gives you much more distance to transfer when needed. Board is built as strong as a tank. It’s a little heavier than the shorter transfer boards, but just makes you feel more secure when transferring !!! A must have of this longer length board if you have any kind of disability that requires transfers !!!

Excellent product!
This product is awesome! It helps me get my wife from her wheelchair into the shower chair and back.

Transfer board, 40 inch
All expectations were not met especially for the price. No box included. One side picked up with defects or damages. One side was perfect. It was picked up with two gauges in the board. My father is a double amputee and doesn’t need a splinter in the butt. We would return but this is his lifeline right now. We would appreciate a partial return on our money at least.

So happy to have this for our transfers
My husband is in a wheelchair, and needs a transfer board to be transferred in and out of the car. This board was just what we were looking for, strong, lightweight for me to get it situated and long enough to insure his safety transferring in and out of the car. It’s a game changer.

Didn’t love it
I expected a board that I could slide my Father on. This one was rough in texture and made of plywood. It was very hard to slide on. I went back to using the old board. Keep looking, this one is not great.

Longer board allows easier transfers
This is the transfer board you want. Besides the obvious extended reach, allowing for more access. The longer board allows for less of an angle between higher or lower stations with more distance between them. Four stars instead of five because it needs to be waxed to improve the ease of sliding upon it.

Works best for transferring from wheelchair to Yukon XL
This board works well for transferring to higher seat like our Yukon XL. It is not a good fit for lower SUV like our Volvo XC 90.Due to its length, this board makes the tall SUV viable.

Board is fine for a patient that can help transfer
My wife is totally handicapped. She was petrified, so the board moved. All I could do to keep her off the floor!
