Wakes up very deep sleepers
This product is perfect. I’m not hearing impaired but im a very deep sleeper and I’ve been looking for anything I can use to wake me up to important phone calls in the middle of the night. I recently started a job where im on call and get calls at all hours of the night. I tried everything to wake me up I bought a smart watch that vibrates thinking that would wake me up but it didn’t, I bought a wireless earbud to keep in my ear while sleeping but it kept falling out ( even the one with the hook around the ear ). I bought a bluetooth sleepmask so it couldn’t fall off but because its right on my head it was very quiet and wouldn’t wake me up. And this was the last thing I have had to buy and try this is super loud which is annoying for my girlfriend who has to sleep in the same room but now I am guaranteed to never miss a call at night which was the most important thing. If you miss a phone call while connected to this remmy jr you are probably dead. And that’s just cause I keep it at max volume to make sure I dont miss it, so of coarse you cam turn it down some if you want. But I just wanted to explain all that for anyone else out there like me that is a very heavy sleeper and and has to wake up to phone calls in the middle of the night. This is the answer after I feel like I’ve tried everything else

Finally, a product that works!
This item is super. Not because it really does what it is supposed to do, which it does, but because in addition to being a great product, it also comes with super support. Support that is USA based with knowledgeable people who are patient and speak English. I had a problem with setup and they patiently walked me through the resolution. I highly recommend this product.Like most people who are hard of hearing and take their hearing aids out (I wear a Cochlear Implant and a hearing aid) and remove them at night. I missed many phone calls when asleep. I tried multiple ring tones and volume setting, but nothing worked until now. But, now I wake up because this thing really works! I highly recommend it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am nurse who is very hearing impaired without my hearing aids at night when sleeping. In the past I have missed emergent call while I’m asleep. I bought the Renny Jr. after searching for a solution. It’s American made first of all but is really a great product ie., easy to use, wakes me on every call even when I am in a deep sleep, easy set setup, small enough to travel with for hotels and Bluetooth enabled. I feel more secure knowing I will not miss a call again. I recommend this product for everyone including the hard of heard and the really deep sleepers.

Excellent amplifier for my moderate to severe hearing impairment
I purchased the Renny Jr to amplify a dinky and dainty work phone I was issued – I am on call 24/7 and receive most of my communication through messaging apps. Over all, I’d say I’m very pleased. Because I use the messaging apps, I use the Renny on “music” mode. I’m moderately to severely hearing impaired and normally wear hearing aids – definitely not going to sleep in those puppies. Music mode is NOT beautiful melodic tones suited for my hearing impairment, but it certainly knocks my socks off in a dead sleep when a call comes through. Where I would previously sleep through some of my less-urgent notifications, not anymore! I’ve even had to use less than max volume because I was crazy startled at times.I docked a star because the light doesn’t flash for notifications and I REALLY wish it did. One of my apps only has a simple high pitched “ding” that I can’t change due to my company’s security settings and I still rarely miss that. I contacted the company to see if this was a fault of the Renny and it is not – it is simply how it’s set up. They did offer to send me a soon to be released Flasher (no sound) that will flash with everything to try out but as of now, I’ve turned that down, though I suppose I could use BOTH if I really have to.For now I live and work at work, but I look forward to trying this out in Real Life later – no more missing the doorbell rings on my electronic doorbell, either. Wins all around.I’ve had zero issues with the bluetooth abilities, it works as it “should” even if not all the features I’d hoped for and is a life saver for the cost. I look forward to more products as I need them from this company.

I got this for my father. He wears hearing aids, but takes them out at night and he can’t hear an alarm go off or a phone call. However, with this device I can call him every morning and the device goes off when I call. It is plenty loud enough to wake him up. He loves it.
