Perfect size
I recently purchase this for my Mom since the one i have is too small for her, buying this saved me so much more than buying a new one. Works perfectly and feels comfortable to use. So far it looks like it reads accurately. Affordable and good quality. Easy to use and very practical. Worth to buy.

This is cheap junk
This is a cheap replacement. Very hard to get accurate reading. Very flimsy material and it will not fit correctly. Do not buy. Missed my return window so I’m stuck with this junk. Also this is not a factory omron replacement.

It was too large but it still works. Good product but I am going to order a smaller one.

Larger and more comfortable.
Came with several extra fitting but none of hem would fit my older Omron. Tubing IS standard size so I simply cut the fitting off my old cuff and installed it on the new one. New cuff did not fix the variance I was getting on my Systolic reading though (as compared to two different manual cuffs) but the difference was consistent so I just have to remember to subtract 20 from now on. Accuracy seems to be a control unit problem. Larger cuff is more comfortable.

Works great on larger than normal arms
I can finally get accurate readings for my Omron monitor. The Dr loaned me one of their non-Omron monitors and was able to get accurate readings. Now that I have this cuff the readings are exactly the same.

Not the best but Universal
This is a functional product but however the d-ring on it is not that great the cuff is twisted and stuck and it will pinch your arm. also will not give you an accurate blood pressure reading
