They work just as well as the expensive ones.
I’m so happy I got these. Great price and do the job. My feet are always swelled up and I put these on and 25 mins later my feet are back to normal. Tip always put socks on before putting them on. I love sleeping in them to on hot nights they really help cool you off. And you can even take the gel packets out. I love them

Best thing
This little icepack sock is the best thing ever. I recently had a bunionectomy and you have to ice it freequently. I tried several different icepacks that I had at home and none of them snuggly fit without putting my foot in funny positions. This you put on like a sock and it has three pockets that you put the included packs in. One covers the whole sole of your foot and another is across the top of your toes and up about half of the foot. The third one goes up the back of your ankle, but I didn’t put that one in. I had no swelling there. This was easy to use and in the right spots and very affordable. I wear a size 7 and a half. If your foot is bigger, go up in size.

Great for people with feet
I’ve had these for a minute and was recently chatting with another perimenpausal friend. We were “laughing” about all of the different types of ice packs we have and I mentioned my ice slippers – I think she was jealous. I got home today after a very physically active day with heels sore and Achilles tendon tight. I slipped on my ice slippers and my feet are so happy. I do wear socks while using my ice slippers for a few reasons – more hygienic and the cold can get a bit intense. But I’m working my way up to no socks.
