Great as cold pack
I’ve only used this as a cold pack but I expect it to be fine as a warm pack too. It works great and holds the coldness for quite a while. I definitely need to wrap this with a towel or it’s too cold on bare skin. The material is sturdy and durable, I’m not worried about leaks or anything

Great hot or cold. This is a good size to use on sore body parts. Easy to clean.

Easy to use
This is a great little gel pack. It handles well and is easy to use. It fits various body parts, like elbows, knees, back, shoulders, neck, etc. It also works great over the eyes. It’s easier to travel with than a heating pad. It feels sturdy and doesn’t give off any odor as other microwavable packs I have tried. It is freezable and microwaveable, and the cost is right. I love it. Now, 2 things I wish the vendor had done 1) Included an instruction card. I had to go online to see how long I should leave it in the freezer or microwave; 2) added a travel bag, as it is the perfect size take traveling. Also, there isn’t any straps (which I actually like), so you do have to hold it in place (which isn’t an issue for me). This is a great gel pack at a reasonable price.

Versatile!
It’s a decent size and the shape definitely helps it conform to your body nicely. Actually liked it more than I originally thought. The only thing I do wish was a little different was maybe including a type of (washable) cover for it. I don’t quite like the edges on this, but overall for the price it’s great. You get a big but still nice and compact pack that’s versatile. I only really do cold compresses (since I have hot water bottles for anything else, which I prefer) and this worked well with that!

Not as soft as other gel ice packs
I like the color and unique shape of this ice pack. Like a 3 leaf clover! Perhaps mine wasn’t manufactured with the other reviewers because mine is not soft or pliable out of the freezer, like my other gel type ice packs are. It is small enough that it does get pliable pretty quickly (as it warms up a bit.) So not a big problem but I was surprised it was like a regular ice pack, not a gel one.

Nice and big
I really liked this gel pack. The size is rather large, and it has a nice weight to it that I found to be comforting.I live in a warmer climate area, and at room temp, I could feel it was already a little cool. Not cold, but it did make me feel a little less hot.I popped it into the freezer for a little over an hour, and it stayed at a nice temp for 15-20 minutes. Not too freezing cold where it hurts to leave it on, but cold enough to help ice a body part down. And it was nice and pliable to easily mold around my shoulder and knee.
