Nice gel pad
It’s a great thickness and size for when I get back spasms.

Most comfortable Ice Packs I have!
These are really great! They only take about 1.5-2 hours to get to a good cold temperature because they are fairly thin and if you leave them in longer they don’t get completely solid which is nice. You can still fit them around the body part they need to go around and they don’t get so cold that they cause harm. The fabric is smooth without any texture or snagging parts that set off texture sensitivity or aversion for anyone of the texture sensitive folks in my family which is a relief! Because they are thinner and light weight you also forget they are there instead of feeling like you have to adjust them frequently to get comfortable. They last for about an hour which for an injury is great since you shouldn’t ice injuries for longer than 20ish minutes or whatever your doctor tells you, but for people who are using them for MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome) or other reasons that sometimes need them for longer time period the good news is that there are 4 of them so you can alternate them since they cool down quickly. The holder that you can use to hold them is OK but not the best quality. It does what it does though I don’t use it much sine I put the pack on my head and sternum most often.I have been using these for about a week now every day and so far have been really happy with my choice to get them! I think they will last a long while but so far they are my favorite ice packs between the fabric surface, lack of plastics touching my skin, the lack of crinkle sound, and when they warm up they don’t make me hot they just get to my body temperature so I don’t wake up if I have them on me at night because I don’t notice they are there at all. I highly recommend these after trying both cheaper AND more expensive options!

Great for recovery from hand & wrist surgery
The size of these soft, flexible ice packs is effective for a variety of injuries where you need to apply cold therapy to a small defined area. In my case, it ended up being the perfect size to wrap and secure onto my wrist and thumb area following CMC and carpal tunnel surgery. You can also just rest your wrist flat on one of these packs without having to wrap it, like on the armrest of a chair. The packs are very well made and should last a long time. I keep some in the freezer and some just in the fridge, so I have a choice for the flexibility and depth of coldness I need. They’re easy to use and are a good value for the number of packs that come in this set.

what a wonderful pack!
How wonderful that I needed such a thing for sore muscles, and here they were available for purchase! Love the size, the flexibility of the materials, and freeze and last a decent amount of time before needing a refreeze. happily recommend!

Durable, comfortable, and keeps cool for hours of use
My girlfriend has sciatica which demands regular cold treatments. While we had been using a food ice pack (which is rock solid when frozen), I wanted to get her something that would be bendable when cold and didn’t have a hard plastic or foil outside which can feel too cold when used and generally demands using a towel. This UCANVIN brand soft gel cold/hot pack is a total godsend. It is very well made with a super-durable body material and is a perfect size to cover her lower back. The material itself is comfortable enough that she doesn’t need a towel around it and even at a super-cold temperature it doesn’t feel painfully cold. But what’s the best part of this is that it really stays cold for long periods of time. Reading the product description saying that it stays cold for longer, I assumed it was just a line. But this pack really does stay cold even after extended use. I got the pack for her and after an hour of constant use, when I put it away, it was still very cold. I’ve had medical grade gel packs in the past (my mother being a nurse) so I’ve used many different types and this is by far the best I’ve used in terms of ability to retain its temperature. If you’re looking for a hot/cold pack that’s comfortable, durable, and will keep hot or cold for long periods of use, this is a fantastic option. Highly recommend!

Not exactly
I thought these were thicker. The thick gel pack is what I thought I bought

Flexible, comfortable, good size, use hot and cold
I picked up the medium size of this gel pack, and honestly it’s a good all-around option. It gets cold pretty quickly and stays cold for a nice stretch of time… long enough to really help without needing to grab a different one.The material feels good quality – soft against the skin and flexible even when frozen, thanks to the gel inside. That makes it great for wrapping around sore wrists (carpal tunnel from too much computer time here) and for knees after long days. I haven’t used it hot yet, but I like that it has that option too. The size feels right: big enough to cover joints but not so oversized that it’s awkward.Price-wise, it’s not the cheapest out there, but given the comfort and flexibility, I think it’s fair. Overall, it feels well made and reliable, which is exactly what you want in something you’ll be reaching for when you’re sore or injured.Pros:Gets cold quickly and stays cold for a good amount of timeSoft, flexible material — comfortable even when frozenMedium size works well for wrists, knees, and other jointsCan be used hot or coldWell made and feels sturdyCons:Slightly pricey compared to some alternativesProduct: Reusable Gel Soft Ice Packs for Injuries, Flexible Hot and Cold Packs for Knees, Back, Face, Joint & Muscle Pain Relief (Medium 7.87″x 11.81″)
