Durable and long lasting
This is my second time purchasing this item and I will likely buy more in the future. This item is made well, very durable, can take a beating, and is the perfect shape and size. I love the way it fits securely into my shoulder brace so well. It also stays cold or hot for much longer than other hot/cold packs I’ve purchased. It’s also great for knees, upper back, and ankles!

Best compliment to the FIGHTech shoulder brace!!
I thought that I could improvise my ice packs into my FIGHTech shoulder brace, realizing that was not successful I purchased this 2 gel pack. Wow do these make a difference! They benefit the entire shoulder, last a really long time & with 2, I have one ready at all times. After reading reviews of the gel pads leaking after heating them in the microwave, I choose to heat them on the stove – they fit nicely in a water filled skillet & I can control the temperature.

Very versatile compress
I like this because you can freeze it in the freezer or put it in the microwave it stays on my knee or it can be used on your shoulder or sit on it. It’s nice and flat when it’s frozen and it lasts a long time before it thaws out. I get a lot of relief using this and it’s very easy to use. You just put a towel in between you and the compress. it’s comfortable and it never leaks. The price was a good value. i would recommend this to those who need it for sports injuries or sore muscles for pain relief. Its flexible and bends around you body part and works well.

When it is hot, it hits the spot!!!
I was extremely disappointed in this, especially given I had previously owned one of these. The very first time I used it in the Microwave, it popped and was ruined. After already have owned one, I knew to heat it up less time than recommended, because it may pop……this one did not matter. I purchased this one to replace my first one, which also popped, but only after several uses. I have a few issues that “young and dumb” left me older and not quite as quick as I once was……I have broken several bones, had multiple joints replaced, Spine, Neck and more, and this really was very useful the FIRST one I purchased…..although that too popped and before time recommendation……..I also have used this from the freezer…..I do love these, just wish they lasted a little longer. I will however continue to purchase this item, because it really does make a difference that much! I would have given it 5 Stars, but the popping only brought it down to a 4….maybe I got ones defected?

Barely worth the money
These packs are simply not worth the price. While they hold cold pretty well, with a minimal amount of sweat as they defrost, the packs struggle or hold any meaningful amount of heat for more than a few minutes.On top of this, the packs are fairly incompatible with Fightech’s line of braces, which they are advertised heavily with. Neither heat nor cold effectively permeates the brace materials all that well. On top of this, just attempting to use this pack with Fightech’s shoulder stabilizing brace lead mainly to the pack sliding out of the brace pouch until I finally gave up and removed it all together. Perhaps this is just poor design on that specific brace, but it’ll be worth your time to check other reviews for different braces to see how well they work together.
