    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Really helps with painBought these for my mom’s leg pain and they work great. The packs stay hot/cold for a long time and the straps keep them in place. She uses the cold one for inflammation and the hot one for stiffness. They’re comfortable, flexible, and easy to use. Definitely recommend for muscle pain

    Stays Cold for Quite Awhile

    Good ice pack
    Ice packs keep cold well but are not very flexible. It takes some effort to “shape” then for different body parts. That being said, I would recommend them. I also love the strap that comes with it. It holds in place well and allows me to be up and going if I need.

    It fits all sizes
    It comes with too ice packs that can also be heated in the microwave easy to use. Fits great and stays in the spot you need it to be in. Works around my knee perfectly. Really good value it’s flexible when I walk . It made really good. Covers the area well Also seems like it going to be very durable.

    Wish I had ordered these sooner.
    Ordered these after having a hip replaced. They freeze quickly, last for about 45 minutes and since there are two of them I can keep one frozen while using the other one. They work better than a regular ice pack since these won’t leak.

    Freeze up quickly
    These worked great for our needs. Post knee surgery swelling of the leg needed ice packs on either side of his calf. I would suggest a different band to hold them in place. This was a bit weird in it’s length and we ended up folding the one end in so we could get it short enough to hold the packs tighter in place.

    I got this for my back pain. I would always use a hot water bottle but found it very inconvenient to lug it around. This belt however is super comfortable and convenient and helped me a lot with easing my back pain.
