Great way to get the back iced down after surgery while staying active. Does exactly what you would hope it would.

Works well could be longer length
soft gel works well. Only complaint is its not quite long enough to wrap around ankle and heal at same time to help with planter faciitis and doesn’t stay cold as long as the ones i got from cvs. But high quality strap velcro and material.

Very handy for post surgery treatment. Cold and heat alternating therapy is often recommended by doctors for post-op patients. These work well for that.Long lasting for multiple use.

Good purchase for pain relief!
This was a replacement of free items that I received some years ago. Once they arrived (a day later than originally promised), I found them to be exceptional replacements for my purposes. I particularly like the fabric side of the gel pack as well as the Velcro strap to help affix the pack to specific locations. There were good detailed instructions on how long to heat the gel pack, too.
