Great while being active
Great way to get the back iced down after surgery while staying active. Does exactly what you would hope it would.

No ice burns!
A versatile ice pack for legs, arms, feet, neck, or head. The straps are long and stretchy (although they start wearing out quickly due to the Velcro’s grip). But if you’re okay with using a tattered strap it does the job. The coldness lasts for approximately 15 minutes and doesn’t burn the skin like solid ice packs can. It’s good for sensitive skin/areas, especially if you use the soft side. Molds well to curved surfaces and provides pain relief.

Heat and cold therapy
Very handy for post surgery treatment. Cold and heat alternating therapy is often recommended by doctors for post-op patients. These work well for that.Long lasting for multiple use.

Very little gel is in these ice packs. I’m very familiar with ice packs.. there’s not even enough gel in these to spread it evenly throughout the rectangle space. Plus, theSTRAP SEWN ON/not removable, NOT WHAT I NEEDED!! Very Annoying

Great idea
These are a good idea and they work great. Being able to wrap the strap around them really helps and takes out a whole Nother step but they don’t last long at all maybe 45 minutes to an hour tops before they’re starting to get to about room temperature.
